Each batch of CoreBiotic is sent to an independent, ISO/IEC 17025–accredited third-party laboratory for full Certificate-of-Analysis testing. The lab has no commercial relationship with VitalCore — its sole role is independent verification. The COA covers identity, potency, and contaminants per USP compendial methods.

Strain identity
is what we say it is.

Strain identity matters. Mislabeled organisms are one of the most common issues in the supplement industry — a product marketed as a clinically-studied strain could contain a less-studied related organism without the label showing anything different. 16S rRNA sequencing eliminates that gap.

Identity verification is what separates a probiotic brand that posts a COA from one that posts a marketing sheet.

A "50 billion CFU" label is only meaningful if every strain contributes what it should. Most multi-strain probiotics enumerate only the total — you can't verify that strain A wasn't crowded out by strain B. We test each one independently. Real numbers, real strains, real results.

Tested at time of manufacture. Delayed-release capsule + freeze-dried strains deliver label-claim CFU through expiration on shelf.

Heavy metals, microbials, and pathogens are why third-party testing is non-negotiable. These analytes are commonly found in low-quality raw ingredient streams. Every batch is tested for the full USP <2232> panel plus microbial limits per USP <2021> / <2022>.
